LaSurivas- About me
Hi, I'm Su Rivas, an illustrator from Chile, currently working independently in Hamburg. I obtained my bachelor's and master's degrees in Illustration here and also completed an internship in the infographic department at the newspaper "Die Zeit".
Through my extensive experience as a freelancer and numerous publications in magazines, newspapers, and publishing houses, I have gained valuable insights into working with clients, editors, authors, and art directors in the field of editorial and infographics.
My illustrations help clients present complex topics in a clear, playful, and engaging manner, ensuring that the chosen information reaches its target audience.
My personal style allows me to express not only information but also emotions, messages, and ideas through powerful visual and stylistic elements.
In 2022, my first comic book "Chile is Awake" was published by Unrast Verlag. It focuses on the political uprising in Chile in 2019.
